I got a new mailbox and my number stickers don’t want to stay on. I can get new ones but what should I clean the mailbox with before I put them on? It’s that brown colored plastic kind.

I have a boil water notice for the next couple of days because of a repair. The cat prefers to drink from the running bathroom faucet. Is this ok? Or should I not let her? I have not yet.

Depends, I’d think. Is she inside only and no access to drink out of the toilet? Then maybe don’t let her. But if she’s regularly drinking from puddles or toilet bowls,a little mud from a water line break isn’t likely to hurt her.

Inside only. Of course she has a full water bowl, she just prefers the faucet. I keep the toilet lid down, she will definitely drink from it if it’s open. Maybe I will just wait a day or so.

If there’s any worry about her not drinking enough, you could always just leave a water glass out somewhere. I’ve never met a cat that wouldn’t prefer to drink from my glass.
