Looks almost identical to the poison Ivy rash on my arm. That doesn’t itch (much) because I’m not very reactive to it.
Has anyone else noticed an increase in your grocery spending this year? I feel like we’re still eating the same foods but our grocery budget has skyrocketed. We moved to a new state so it’s hard for me to tell if it’s from that or if we’re having some kind of lifestyle creep that I haven’t noticed or if prices have gone up.
Prices have gone up.
Bummer. That means there’s not much I can do about it
Yes, prices are hugely up. And it’s been 10% on bacon, 20% in some areas on beef, etc. Quite big jumps.
I used to get mysterious allergic reactions to things/rashes, and that’s what mine looked like.
Does not look like bedbugs and I have had bedbug bites. They are usually in straight lines of three bites (as it was explained to me: appetizer, dinner, dessert)
Are they often along places like where your waistband or other clothing portals? Or am I thinking of chiggers.
Maybe chiggers? Bedbugs are usually on whatever skin was exposed when you were sleeping, I think.
it’s always tiktok.
I realize this makes me sound like methuselah, but I’m bored today and my plans were foiled by fate. Can someone tell me the origin of this trend of people putting their hands under their chins? They lightly touch their chins while talking and I’m seeing more and more you tubers doing it. Like this:
I don’t actually know what it is supposed to mean, but I feel like it’s just “look at me! I’m cute!” But I’m lots older than you and not very tolerant of what I view as dumb shit.
ETA I think photographers used to pose little girls this way in pictures.
I have a similar “what is this thing the yung’ns are doing” question.
WHAT IS THE THING WHERE THEY POINT TWO FINGERS TO THEIR INNER ELBOW. I DONT GET IT.
Thank you!
My kid wants little shorts to wear under his pants to reduce friction between his thighs when he walks. My search has turned up bike shorts, which have padded butts. What’s the male item of clothing that helps with this?
(I say male because he’s a men’s large and I don’t want to figure out his size in women’s)
Sometimes putting the word “style” before/after the function of the athletic clothing will get your clothing that looks like it but doesn’t have the function, like the padded butt. So “men’s bicycle style shorts”
Or athletic style boxer briefs.
Or a men’s L bottom generally converts to women’s extra-large.
Base layer shorts!
Boxer briefs, preferably a modal/rayon fabric or other synthetic rather than cotton. Duluth Trading had my favorite ones (and their rayon is made with continuous use salts). Body Glide can also help on especially sweaty/active days
Dance shorts (men/boys).
