I was muddled! She knows there IS a full sibling but the people she has contact with are on her sperm donor side.

So the original couple used both an egg and sperm donor, and you matched with the original couple? Or someone who used the same batch? Or someone who used the same egg donor but different sperm? And she has separate sperm matches that don’t match Cuckoo?
Sorry, I’m trying to follow, but there are so many derivations of donation.
On Larva’s sperm donor side there are almost 40 children (one full), and on the egg side seven so far (including Larva and the full sib). Oh, and cousins because the egg donor’s sister(s) also donated.

This lady used same egg donor, different sperm. Her baby is double donor (and she knows there was at least one other live birth from that batch but hasn’t found that family), cuckoo is leftovers from someone’s egg donor cycle with husband’s sperm. Cuckoo was the first from that batch so there could be full genetic diblings later!
