I’ve been trying the different brands of string cheese. So far, trader joes whole milk ones are the best. The ones Costco has are weirdly wet and salty. I hadn’t realized how much variation there is in string cheeses
it’s been a (boring, toddler mom style) adventure.
I HATE it when the string cheese is wet. Ew no!!!
I bought 4 boxes of Yasso bars last night.
I’m obsessed with the chocolate dipped ones
Oh no I haven’t even SEEN those. Thank god my closest Target is a teeny weeny city one that gives me like, two options (choco and mint chip) the end lol
Yasso are great, we also enjoyed Nick’s Swedish healthy ice cream (they use allulose and actually almost taste like normal ice cream unlike halo top, etc)… But right now I have haagen dazs because it was $3/pint and heck yeah!
I’m also digging strawberries, tomatoes, and peas from the farmers market.
Asparagus. I’m buying so much asparagus. Last week my 5 year old was like “GUESS we’re gonna have stinky pee again this week!” Loudly. In front of the grocery store cashier ![]()
Fresh onion tofu from a little Vietnamese deli. I’m going through like 2 blocks a week.

Dark chocolate covered pretzels have been my treat lately. They were on sale buy one get one which is the only thing bringing the price down to a reasonable level (IMO).
These vegan Indian pouches that the grocery surplus is selling for $1.49. How many is too many to buy at once?
Expirations date plus a couple months, that number of days ![]()
Oh one more. Trader Joe’s mini oatmeal cookies with sea salt.
Ummmmm have not seen these, sound delightful.
I found a Chile Lime gluten-free cracker at Walmart (of all places) that has been a nice change.
