I watched a news clip yesterday that had a segment about “the health insurance companies are making changes in response to The Event!”
And I’m like, oh cool, are they reviewing denied claims? Adding more transparency to their denial/appeal process? Publically apologizing to the American public?
No, they’re taking executive names off websites and taking their annual conference virtual. 
You know, changing the important things
(I recognize this is 75% the piss poor phrasing by the news report and precautions are warranted due to risk of copycat crimes. But still. )
