It’s not bad. Not good but not bad. I haven’t seen the one at the movies recently just the older one on Netflix. It introduces Liberty to the team as a street smart long haired dachshund who grew up on the mean streets of the city and used those skills to save the day. Mayor Humdinger does some shit as the protagonist. Maybe uses a weather control robot that goes poorly and creates a mega storm? There is a subplot of Chase overcoming his fears and puppy hood abandonment.
