Haha. As someone who has studied (some) Hebrew and who has family in Israel, that’s very accurate. Although they do teach kids how to say excuse me, it’s slicha.

I work with lots of international teams, and Israel and Malaysia in the same conversation is fun:
“That’s stupid, there’s no way that can work” from the Israeli team is generally interpretable as “That might be difficult”. “That might be difficult” from the Malaysian team is “There’s no way in hell.”
