Our grocery site has a glitch where it thinks “300g” is somehow wrong and substitutes “1” as a quantity. We have received a single brussel sprout, more than once. Even after I included a text note “300g, approximately 2/3 of a pound”!

The flip side of this is when I was using Instacart early in the pandemic, we got 2lbs of bananas instead of 2 bananas. Luckily it was fine- we love two ingredient cookies- but it was sure surprising :joy:

I’ve had the same order give me a full produce bag of ginger and substitute a package of sliced mushrooms for one onion

We had two nearly inedible “turkey loaf” things in place of the pound of ground turkey I ordered. We ate them, but it was hard, even though just getting a protein item at that point was a triumph - there weren’t even beans to be had.

Oh noooo, the turkey loafs. My mother used to feed me those and I found them so traumatic.

I’m a few days late with this one, but I’ve been enjoying the time away from the computer.

THANK YOU
