So fun story. My moms name starts with an L. When she was doing her degree practicum, it involved work using ASL. They encouraged everyone to make their own name signs. My mom decided combining “L” with a smile was a great name sign. guessssss what she picked. (Someone told her after a couple days thank goodness. But not after she introduced herself as “hi! I’m lesbian!” to multiple clients )
