Oo, we should revive this one. I had the collywobbles the other day (like in 1 below) but didn’t have the word to describe it. It wasn’t a full on upset stomach, just kind of a nonspecific not good.
Collywobbles: (1) stomach pain or queasiness. (2) intense anxiety or nervousness, especially with stomach queasiness.

Yes, anxiety or alternately, a sense of being creeped out - like a sense you’re being watched or a realization you’ve walked into a scary place at night, like that.
