Toddlers also do this.
omg so true!!!
Believe it or not, these arenât my cats. Although Iâm sure my cats can relate to the second photo.
I somehow managed to type this sentence yesterday and only just realised what a mess it was. To their credit, the other person didnât bat an eyelid
I read somewhere that we can read and understand anything as long as the correct letters are there. They even gave an example paragraph which was easy for me to read even all messed up.
I legit was like âwhatâs wrong with that sentence?â
So clearly @turtlegirl is right LOL
To be fair, my brain and reading like a normal person are only sometimes friends.
Mostly it was just somewhat GGRESIVE MISTAKE OF THE A KEY FOR ALLCAPS
This is the case. We donât read individual letters, we read whole words or chunks of words, with lots of flicking our eyes back and forth as we make connections in sentences. Reading is non-linear and non-discrete as all get out.
Yup, I got this in a work training. As long as the first and last letters are in the right place, all the middle letters can be switched around and our brains correct it automatically.
We also did the black shirts vs white shirts basketball video. Our brains are super weird and interesting.
I just sent that to my friends WFH chat crew. It is making many chuckles.
I shamefully pulled my fingers away from my lips when I got to FREE SPACE: TOUCHING YOUR FACE.
Yesterday there was a huge presentation at Marmaladeâs work. The first page said âwash hands, donât touch face, etcâ. And then the presenter touched his face three times as they were looking at that page
SAME
I donât understand how someone can not touch their face. I am always touching my face and I KNOW it. I lean my chin on my hand. I push hair off my forehead. I rub my eyebrows. I am a face toucher.
Humans are face touchers.
