I just finished my first session with a SAD lamp, so, yeah⌠Same.
Weâre not as far north but yesterday I desperately squeezed in a dog walk after dinner but before kid bath, then realized I forgot to water some grass seed weâre trying to get to take (otherwise weâll have a 13âx18â dirt patch in one corner of our yard) so I was watering the grass essentially in the dark. Fun fun fun.
I do a lot of stuff by headlamp this time of year
Ohhhh the Excel one.

The one good thing about not being with extended family for the holiday is I donât have to provide sauce with ridges for the one person who will only eat it that way. And doesnât eat leftovers.
It sounds like that one person should bring their own sauce or skip having sauce.
In the interest of family harmony, I provide the ridges. Itâs really not a big deal.
It is what I grew up with. Iâm the one who changed things by making sauce from actual berries, starting about 15 years ago. Now I eat cranberry sauce; I wouldnât touch it before.
Ha, my sister wonât even eat the canned kind if you smush it to make it look âprettierâ. Itâs gotta be sliced. Nice little disks of cranberry sauce jello.
Yep, if you canât see the ridges, it isnât the real thing. (according to that one family member)
I think more people would be interested in jury duty if this were the case.
