Kid is crying/leaking, person in pants(I’m imagining dad) is carrying kid while trying not to get leaked on going oh my God, oh my God, where’s the damn bathroom???. Person in dress (mom) is more calmly pointing out where bathroom is.

Alternately “Your child has a dirty diaper.”
