This is awesome! is it a type of poppy? It’s a flower I’ve seen but don’t know what it’s called.

It is a breadseed poppy! So I’ll get some edible poppyseeds out of it.

Here is something over the top. I admit it is a bit much, but I had an obsession to do this for our mantle when our house was on our neighborhood house tour in 2019. I had kinda forgotten about it until a friend posted it on Facebook this week.

The flowers are all from the florist. The greens are from my garden. I called it “My
English Garden Mantle”
