I have never read this book but am really enjoying it! Spooky! Now I want to research if this was a Stephen King influence. About 3/4 done.

I remember loving this when I first read it years ago, but I find myself oddly struggling to read it now! It seems very… boy. And I suppose I don’t give as much grace to the casual racism/other-ism as I did before.
